SoundwaveS Create Waves
Sri Mahligai provided additional firepower for Orkestra Melayu Singapura in their orchestral rendition of Faridzal Ham at the recent SoundwaveS concert at the University Culture Centre on 24 Oct 2004.

SoundwaveS marks the first large-scale combined performance of all 4 orchestras under Peoples' Association Cultural Troupe (PACT).

The 100-strong orchestra consisting of PA Youth Chinese Orchestra, Singapore Indian Orchestra & Choir, Orkestra Melayu Singapura and Singapore Pipes Band performed various diverse songs such as Mission Impossible, Ethnic Radetsky, Nelayan Fusion and others with an ethnic twist.
